UPDATE: The James campaign changed the signature hand-in date to Wednesday, May 25th at 12:30pm.  They will still meet by the front steps of the State House.  Hope you can make it! Our friends over at Pass Mass. Amendment are asking people to contact their legislators by May 18th and urge them to support S.53 and H.933.  These bills would amend the Massachusetts constitution to say that corporations are not people and may be regulated and that money is not free speech and may be regulated. On Saturday, June 11th, we will march in the Boston LBGT Pride Parade. This is our fifth year marching in it. We want you to join us so our contingent is the largest we can make it. The parade starts at noon, though we never start marching at that time, and it should end around 3pm. Be sure to wear good walking shoes. Register early and invite your family and friends.

 

The Democracy/IT meeting will be this Sunday, May 15th, from noon to 2pm.  It will be at 111 Sunnyside Ave., Arlington.  If you cannot make the meeting, but want to help, sign up as a volunteer.
