They explain how requests should be submitted, and what information one needs to include.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a screen shot of TSA&#8217;s Privacy Act page.<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/tsa-pa-instructions.png\" alt=\"Instructions for submitting a privacy act request to the TSA.\" width=\"583\" height=\"580\" border=\"1\"\/><br \/>\n<\/center><\/p>\n<p>FOIA and PA requests are a valuable way for people to learn about what happens inside goverment, and I applaud any efforts to streamline the FOIA process.<\/p>\n<p>As it happened, I had a privacy act request to make.  Here&#8217;s the response, which didn&#8217;t quite come from the TSA.<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/tsa-bounce.png\" alt=\"Privacy act request to TSA, returned as undeliverable\" width=\"585\"\/><br \/>\n<\/center><\/p>\n<p>This was a first for me: I&#8217;ve never had a FOIA\/PA request returned as undeliverable.
