We had a productive in-person meeting on the 21st.\u00a0 So that more members & supporters make it to our October meeting, we have setup a poll<\/a> for people to suggest the times that they are available.<\/p>\n

Help us distribute free Intellectual Pooperty mini-books

We are distributing about 800 of Nina Paley<\/a>‘s free Intellectual Pooperty mini-books<\/a> and we need your help to get them out.\u00a0 We are concentrating on getting them into book and comic book stores and have setup a spreadsheet<\/a> of the locations we are contacting.\u00a0 If you would like to be our distributor for your city or town, please contact us at info at masspirates dot org or call or txt us at (617) 863-6277 (MAPP).<\/p>\n

Monday, Sept. 19th<\/strong> is International Talk Like a Pirate Day and we plan to celebrate it by telling people about the Pirate Party.\u00a0 We are leaving it up to our mateys as to how they want to do that.\u00a0 Some, such the pirates in Somerville or Newburyport, will be heading out to the street with their pirate kit to talk like and talk about Pirates.\u00a0 Others may choose to print out and hand our brochure<\/a> to their friends.\u00a0 If you are going to put your name on the line that you’ll be talking like and about Pirates, sign up at Facebook<\/a> or Tweetvite<\/a> or just send us an email or call\/txt us.<\/p>\n

Various members will be at the Conference on the Constitutional Convention<\/a> at Harvard University Sept. 24-25th<\/strong>.\u00a0 If you plan to attend this conference and want to meet with some fellow Pirates, please email 1st Officer, J.P.
