It starts at 1pm and will be in the&nbsp;Gardner Auditorium&nbsp;at the&nbsp;State House, 24 Beacon Street, Boston, MA 02133.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday is&nbsp;the&nbsp;State &amp; Local Facial Recognition Moratorium (<a href=\"https:\/\/malegislature.gov\/Bills\/191\/S1385\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">S.1385<\/a>&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/malegislature.gov\/Bills\/191\/H1538\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">H.1538<\/a>) hearing before the Joint Committee on the Judiciary.
