Positions include Captain, First Officer, Quartermaster, PR\/Media Director, Activism Director, Swarmwise Director, Web\/Info Director, three Arbitrators and two representatives to the US Pirate Party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are interested in throwing your hat in for any of these positions, <a href=\"https:\/\/masspirates.org\/crew\/forms\/lead-our-crew-2024\">please fill out our form<\/a>. We advise you to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/masspirates.org\/blog\/join-us\/\">become a member<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lists.mayfirst.org\/mailman\/listinfo\/activists_masspirates.org\">join our activists email list<\/a>, as well as read our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/masspirates.org\/wiki\/Articles_of_Agreement\">Articles of Agreement<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/masspirates.org\/wiki\/Code_of_Conduct\">Code of Conduct<\/a>. We also have meetings every other Thursday night every week 9-10pm. There are sign-on details on the sidebar of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/masspirates.org\/\">masspirates.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The election schedule is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jan 25th &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/masspirates.org\/crew\/forms\/lead-our-crew-2024\">Last date for nominations<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jan 26th &#8211; Candidates submit videos which we will post to our YouTube channel starting on&nbsp;Jan 27th<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jan 27th &#8211; We will send ballots out. Pirates will have three weeks to vote<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jan 28th &#8211; Pirate News will include candidate Q&amp;A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feb 3rd &#8211; We will also have time for a candidate Q&amp;A at the Winter conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feb 16th &#8211; Ballots must be returned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We will elect our&nbsp;Pirate Council&nbsp;as part of our Winter conference.
