The conference will consist of party planning and platform discussions with a small number of panels and lightning talks. We plan to video stream the conference. If you are interested in presenting or participating in a panel, fill out and submit this form by Saturday, September 7th. If you want to organize a panel discussion, please provide the contact information for other speakers who you want to speak with you or have agreed up to speak with you. Speakers are registered for free, though we would appreciate a donation. The Encuentro 5 is at 9A Hamilton Place, Boston, MA 02108-4701. It is in downtown Boston near the State House and easily accessible by public transit. Only a minute walk away from the Park Street MBTA station, it is at the intersection of the Red and Green lines. It is a few stops away from the commuter rail and Amtrak stations and the South Station Bus Terminal. Unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible.
