Discussed the idea of having the monthly meetings be mini-conferences.

Set next meeting for Sat., Feb. 26th, noon-2pm. Format will be:
* 30 minute chit chat
* 3x 25-30 minute presentations/discussion topics.

Call for speakers and decide on speakers by two weeks before meeting (Feb. 12th).

JamesO will setup event in CiviCRM.
