[12:36] <@jokeefe> when we dissolved the old PPUS, the plan was to have a new one that allowed the states to talk amongst themselves, but this seems to be more<br />

[12:37] <@jokeefe> probationary state seems exclusive<br />
[12:37] <@jokeefe> that said, problematic if a state party has only one or a few people.<br />
[12:38] <+mildbeard> A party of one can be an observer state but not a full PNC member state on an equal footing with Massachusetts or California. The probationary clause gives them an intermediate stage if they are a full PNC member but they've fallen apart.<br />
[12:39] <+mildbeard> The language in that section was voted on by the PNC but we're definitely open to any critique or specific changes you'd like to advocate.<br />
[12:40] <+mildbeard> So a party of one like Michigan has a half vote on the PNC whereas Massachusetts has a full vote.<br />
[12:40] <+mildbeard> BTW, Wisconsin was approved as a full member state by the PNC last night. They are just getting started and they are rising fast.<br />
