			[12:50] <erixoltan> I made a long proposal to deal with situations where a PNC member state no longer has an active party. Under the proposal that state can be put on probation, and ultimately demoted to "observer" status if they don't have an active party.
			[12:51] <erixoltan> The proposal was approved. It has vague/flexible criteria for a member state.
			[12:51] <erixoltan> Michigan then applied for full PNC membership, but were told that they don't have enough members yet (they only have two people.)

* Jamie and Lauren attended the marshal training. It would be helpful to have another marshal. Lauren suggested we should have a kids wagon made up to look like a pirate ship.
