			[13:01] <@mildbeard> The first was just a wording change to one of the core values. It doesn't really change the intent, but makes it clearer what it means. California had objected to it, and their objection made it clear that the intent was ambiguous. So it's better now.
			[13:02] <@mildbeard> The second was that officers (Captain, First Officer, Quartermaster) don't have to be in a full member state. They just have to be active in pirate politics.

			[13:03] <@mildbeard> They are hoping to have a PNC convention in October. The original date was October 3 but it looks too early.

			[13:07] <@mildbeard> Sacha is the acting Quartermaster and now rarely gets embroiled in controversy.
