2024 Boston Anarchist Bookfair

Well received. BABF folks were wonderful and have a lot of information on running a safe conference.

We gave out all of our security/surveillance flyers. They were well received. Talked two a professor and student who used cctv.masspirates.org for their class.

There were people from all over the US, at least as far as TX. Need info on how to find other pirate parties.

Some people took the voter registration cards we brought.

Identified some things we need for future events:

• Be sure to bring business cards
• Zines/handouts on more issues inc. local security/FOSS resources (libreboston)/body autonomy
• Better way to sign up people or give them a way to sign up themselves. Perhaps small sheets with QA codes on how to join that we can hand out instead of having a sign up sheet
• Update our main trifold flyer
• New button designs:
  • Steamboat Pirate Willie
  • Winnie the Pooh (book version)
  • Disney robin hood?
  • More issues
• Stickers (see above)

We had four volunteers over the two days. We need to be in the habit of calling volunteers weeks before the event and signing them up.
