Current letter to cities and towns:
Dear Please allow me to introduce myself, I am the chair of the Massachusetts Pirate Party. You can find us at masspirates.org. I am writing to you obtain the following information from you: 1. a copy of all voters in your municipality. We would prefer this data in a delimited file format. The current voter database pipe (|) delimited export format is acceptable to us. Additionally, if you could tell us how frequently we can request a copy of this data (yearly, quarterly, etc., we would appreciate that information; 2. If it is not possible to provide all registered voters to us, we request that you send us the same data on all the register voters in the Pirate designation so that we can contact our members; 3. the dates for when nomination papers are available, when they are due and any other dates related to your 2025 election. We have the date of your municipal election from the Massachusetts Municipal Association website. If the election calendar is on your website, we are happy to look at it if you would kindly provide the link to us; 4. a list of the offices up for election in 2025 and the number of nomination signatures required for each.
