Currently the Pirate Council is made up of the Captain, First Officer, Quartermaster, and 3 others.

## Perhaps we should define roles for the 3 other Pirate Council members and expand their number: PR/Media, Activism, Swarmcare and Web/Info.


Swarmwise recommends having Captain, First Officer, Quartermaster as well as PR/Media, Activism, Swarmcare and Web/Info directors. 


Sections 6.2 and 6.3 of the Articles of Agreement read:
This proposal would change the composition of the Pirate Council to reflect Swarmwise's recommendation and to change the Winter requirement for election of the Pirate Council/officers to a requirement that it be at our annual conference.
