  • Nick used Splunk to make the OCPF donations/expenditures searchable. We reviewed the tool and searched through it.
    • Found a case where the 4th Barnstable state rep. candidate Sarah K. Peake has won all elections since 2006 and has had a campaign finance account since 2004, yet OCPF only lists her 2020 year end filing.
    • We found it since her campaign opened a bank account on 1/1/2020 with 200+ dollars, then closed it on 4/23/2020 with $12,183.71.
