Summary

1. Conference topics & speakers

We have six talks, and may have one more. Most will be an hour long. Probably will have one track.

Walked through the site. We paid for the conference site.

2. Conference outreach

We will get the word out on-line once the conference schedule is locked down. Should be this week.

3. Organizing efforts

Good discussion with Jack about his efforts around the country and what has worked.
