Chair report. Email updates and blog posts have gone out about candidates for office elections, winter conference. A fellow pirate visiting from Australia, and we have an opportunity to have dinner with him on Monday night.

USPP meeting. Recording of meeting will be posted.

Year-end OCPF report is due. Jamie and Joe will work on this over the weekend.

Winter conference.

  • How long should it last? Majority: usual one day is fine
  • Next week, 1/15 - 1/21 is the week that works best. Next is 1/29 - 2/4.
  • What should conference focus on? Group discussions had most support. Also campaigning how-tos
  • Topics: Decentralizing auditing came out on top
  • Several people volunteered to help with organizing.

Conference will be Sat Feb 3rd, noon--4pm.
