June 5th, 2016 IT Meeting

Attending: Steve, Ben, Lucia, James

  1. Steve tested audio setup and cleared up the irregularities.
  2. Ben and Steve tested audio streaming using open source tools and were successful. We are concerned about bandwidth and will focus on streaming audio for the conference and upload video later.
  3. James worked on using Youtube's streaming option which required Google hangouts once you ignored their other options. It worked.
  4. We had a few site questions that Steve will follow up on.

Did not set a date for the next meeting, but will aim for sometime in July.
