Boston Chinese Neighborhood Center
They have an auditorium on Washington street. Rental is:
- $75 admin fee
- $81.50/hour for custodians. (For length of event + one hour)
They have AV (projector and microphone), but no wireless access.
Bunker Hill Community College
The lecture hall is between $300 and $700 with additional fees for AV, food clean up, and security. The rate also fluctuates according to your profit or not-for-profit status."
Roxbury Communtiy College
It looks like we'd have to rent the Media Arts Center, which is $1200 for four hours.
Harvard University Science Building
Hall D holds 250 people, and costs $500 for five hours, or $1000/day. Harvard doesn't rent to for-profit groups.
Community Church
It is next to Copley Sq. in Boston. It has 125 person auditorium, has other rooms and has AV equipment at least for dvds. There is a kitchen, but it is wheelchair accessible. Cost is $300 for the day or $30/hr.

The Nonprofit Center
It is near Dewey Sq. in Boston and costs between $175 for a half day in their 48 person room to $450 for a full day in the 80 person room. It looks to be wheelchair accessible.
They have screens and Internet access. Very nice accommodations. Details
First Parish in Framingham
Available on Saturday. 25% Deposit Required. Fees:
- Caretaker: $150 for 4+ hours.
- Scott Hall: from 8a-6p: $20/hour (minimum of 3 hours)
- Scott Hall: after 6p: $50/hour (minimum of 3 hours)
- Piano in Scott Hall: $20 for duration of use
- Kitchen (no dishwasher): $35
- Olympia Brown room: $50/evening
- Piano in Olympia brown room: $10
Democracy Center
It costs $100-$150 and is not wheelchair accessible (entrance or bathroom), but it does have a kitchen. No wifi.
