[12:10] <@srevilak> when we get to (2), I'll need to ask what a "by-election" is [12:15] <@srevilak> shall we proceed with conference location? [12:15] <@jokeefe> in the last french election, one or more winning candidates for the expat seats were remove. so they are redoing the election for those seats [12:15] <@jokeefe> wanted to see if there were any other topics for us to discuss on Sunday.
