21:13 < Kendra> Hi Black van.  Steve, My next question was if you were familiar with Schnier's writing.  I think we have to move past hand wringing and start rethinking how to deal with broken encryption and with making those who hand information over and disregard the 4th Amendment accountable.  I am not exactly sure of who to complain to under the circumstance, as they all seem to be in bed together.  Who polices the NSA?
