srevilak find the restrict act amusing, recalling how the EU ended safe harbor agreements with the US over concerns that EU citizen data held by private companies could be accessed by US govt. intelligence agencies. We oppose the restrict act, though.

Cash plank. Outline isn't bad. Needs someone to take the points in the outline and rewrite them into a narrative.
