Our yearly conference is coming up in 10 weeks. Now would be a time to contact supporters directly and invite them to come, volunteer and donate.

Aaron James, who has fundraising experience, offered to make the calls, but would like to be remunerated. Likely a fixed percentage of the total raised or $15/hr, whichever is higher.
