2016 Campaigns & Policies Update. Steve will get 12/19 location poll done tomorrow night.

Contressional Districts. Drupal/Civi facilities for associating addresses to congressional districts would be useful. https://civicrm.org/blogs/dalin/quick-and-easy-congressional-district-lookups-your-civicrm-contacts might be an option.
