Massachusetts has opened up COVID-19 vaccinations to everyone 16 and older starting today provided you live, work, or study in Massachusetts. The COVID-19 Vaccine is free. Learn how to prepare for your appointment.
You can search for an appointment at vaxfinder.mass.gov or preregister for one of the Commonwealth’s mass vaccination locations. If you preregister and choose to be notified by email, be sure to check your spam folder periodically to verify that you don’t miss a notification to sign up for your appointment. Learn more about preregistration.
The vaccine will not return us to normal and the pre-COVID-19 normal of rising inequality, costly and inadequate health care, the looming climate catastrophe and increasing public and private surveillance is not one we want to return to anyway.
Getting vaccinated will save the lives of loved ones, friends, co-workers, neighbors and other inhabitants of our commonwealth and planet. So get vaccinated, wear a mask (or two), social distance, don’t gather indoors with people you don’t live with and keep up the struggle!
