We are drafting a position statement for the public records bills before the Massachusetts legislature. The Senate bill looks to be better than the House bill, but that may not be saying much. The Bay State Examiner has a good take on our awful public records law and the proposed changes. Quartermaster Steve also wrote up some observations on our public records laws.
