From Susan McLucas of Boston Area Assange Defense:

Tuesday is the 20th anniversary of the opening of the detention center at Guantanamo, in Cuba!

Activists concerned about the detention center at Guantanamo Bay, in Cuba will rally at Park Street Station on January 11 at 1pm, on the 20th anniversary of its opening.

Thirty nine Muslim men are being held at Guantanamo, mostly without any charges and 13 of them have been cleared for release, many long since.

We will have signs and jumpsuits, for those who would like to wear them, and an open mic for people to raise their voices against this ongoing and shameful injustice.
