At last Thursday’s IRC meeting, we elected Lucia Fiero as First Officer. Lucia, who has been our Quartermaster and active in the party for years, offered to be First Officer when the incomparable Lauren Pespisa decided to step down. Steve Revilak will step in as our new Quartermaster. Steve comes to us from Occupy Boston IT and has been active in the party since the 2012 Boston Pride Parade where he kept us going with great chants.
Lucia has made our recent spate of outings a reality. Whether it was representing us at the Bradley Manning Rally on Saturday, June 1st:
to marching with French Pirate Véronique Vermorel and Captain James at the March Against Monsanto:
to working the entire Another World’s Fair, with help from Kendra, Captain James, Jason and Joe (not in picture):
