Last week we took a stand against bombing Syria and joined with others in protest on Saturday. In the past we have steered clear of such statements, but it made sense based on our values and the increasing surveillance we all are under.
President Obama has asked Congress for a resolution allowing him to bomb Syria, but not limiting the attacks to only Syrian government forces or even to Syria. Reports are that the Senate will vote on this resolution today.
